I second the above question. You guys said it should be a day or two before your back in stock on the 27th of March.. It's the 10th of April now and I placed my order on March 5th.. What's going on?..

Thanks for the reply Synapse. With the previous tracking number I received, there isn't any activity. Do you have an updated tracking number where I would be able to keep tabs on my order?

I suggest you file a claim with your credit card soon. It can take a month to get your refund after you contest the charge, but you will get a refund for sure, so don't waste any more time. I placed an order 6 days ago, they received payment the same day, and now they will not correspond by any means to give me an update on the order. I don't know about you, but if I spend 300 bucks with your company you better at least answer my calls and tell me why I'm not holding my product a week later. Otherwise, don't charge my card until you've shipped the goods, ya know? Plus I have 2 specs and test every raw I order, so they wouldn't wanna deal with me anyway because the Resveratrol I ordered better be at least 99% or I'll know it!

Anyway, I requested a cancelation and they still haven't responded, so tomorrow I file a dispute if they haven't contacted me by noon. It's been a whole week, not sure what else to do other than trashing their reputation on the boards (which I will quite easily and relentlessly.) Also, I'm still gonna file a fraud claim with pPal too, even after filing with my CC company. This kind of crap is NOT cool.

USPS does not always scan packages during transit, but your package should be arriving soon.

Our FDA audit went awesome last week and we received no violations. Shipping has been a bit slow though during the inspection (esp. with pramiracetam).

Hi,

you guys told me that the package was finally shipped and that it would be a couple of days again, close to a month ago. It's already been close to 2 months and a half that I haven't received my package since I ordered it. What's going on?

It's been 4 month and a half since I ordered the piracetam. I keep emailing you about a refund and you ignore it, I want a refund as SOON as possible to put this behind me, this was clearly a mistake. This isn't the way to run a business, I've never had to deal with anything like this before. If you keep ignoring my request I'm going to be filing a dispute.

Sorry to go back on this topic but CH is a scam? because they seem to ignore a lot of people + their email is "full" and you can't email them. It's impossible to contact them...

We are a bit back ordered on piracetam due to ridiculous demand but we are getting orders out ASAP! We are getting all emails. Response times vary.

Don't believe them. Its been well over a year since I ordered from them, they never sent me my package, I've had to harass them countless times and even asked them for a refund many times. They completely ignored me.

But I don't understand if you don't have piracetam why don't you send the first package of ashwagandha and gotu kola and later when you receive piracetam, you send it...

we are getting a ton of orders out today. piracetam and epiphany are back in stock. we are happy to give people refunds for orders not received or if they are not 100% satisfied. If you can give me an order number, I can take care of any refunds.

my biggest complaint is with the lack of communication. i placed an order on 2/13 and have yet to receive my package. i have sent numerous emails, an have yet to receive a response. when i called last week, i was told that my order would ship out by Thurs. I have yet to receive an email verification of anything being sent out. i have never had an issue with CH before in probably at least 10+ orders, but the zero communication is an issue and reflects as extremely poor customer service.

My experiences with CH / BSN has been nothing but good. I've only ordered maybe 3 times from them and communication and shipping time was always good. Nobody can be perfect but hopefully the customer service will pick up the ball for you guys. Hey CH if you need any help with customer service let me know. Maybe I can pitch in during my time off work.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We do get backordered occasionally and its frustrating for us as well. We try to get orders out as fast as possible. AND yes, we could use some customer service help.
