Question about cognitive task switching

When I'm studying say Subject A for 2 hours. My mind will eventually get exhausted !

But then if I switch to subject B, it seems like I'm fine...

..... Why is that ?

Does my mind get tired ot using the same neurons that are in that subject ?

Maybe your interest is just waning in Subject A and you're more easily able to focus your mindshare on a new subject?

Yep. If you're not enjoying it, you're likely to look for distractions or alternative information streams.
