What I take each day to aid my mental health:
FO 4g
Uridine UMP 600mg (twice a day)
NAC 1200mg (600mg dosed twice a day)
Provigil 25mg PRN
Indium Sulphate 1 drop each morning
L Methyl Folate 3.2mg
D3 1,000iu
K2 45mcg
Reishi taken twice a day (1tsp)
Melatonin 1mg (PRN _ used to assist sleep if Provigil has been taken).
I've joined the gym (dam this is a good gym) and I have started writing a diary of my thoughts day to day. Today has been a shit day. I've written two sides of a4 exploring my woes but do you know what? I feel better just for doing it. It's true what they say when they speak of the advantages of keeping a diary. It kind of makes things click into place, even if it's all a bunch of shite.
So despite being on vacation and having all the time in the world here to enjoy myself my mood disorder ends up running the show. But as I said, with this time off I've had the time to go through stuff and it is good to keep track of all my thoughts. I also log what I eat/drink and what activities/jobs I might need to do that day. And even if I don't do it I can write down why and... yeah... It does make me feel better.
