I would add Vitamin K2 (MK-4 and/or MK-7),


Vitamin K is going to be aquaired from lighlty steamed brocoli that I eat two/three times a week. I also eat spirulina daily which has suffcient K.


That's K1. K2 is the animal form. It prevents coronary heart disease and osteoporosis by removing calcium deposits from the arteries and depositing it in the bones and teeth.

Good to know. Think this will help cut back on calcium deposits in the skin from burn wounds?

I've heard it said that K2 reduces soft tissue calcification, so maybe.

I'm getting back on Indium soon. It's a controversial one, one that is looked upon with disgust by many here, but it's a true nootropic for me. I've used it for many years now without any ill effects whatsoever.

It decreases stress, sorts out my circadian rythym, increases cardio endurance and it does this by apparantly balancing the hypothalamus-hypothysis system. This has never been proven by studies in humans but the effects that have been noted anecdotally from the studies in rats (zero toxicity was noted BTW) point towards this.

I never got on with the racetams apart from Piracetam which faded in effects eventually. i do eventually plan to give it another go (in prescription form) because there is a chance that the lack of effects i noted from this recent batch I bought could have been down to crappy quality (purchased it from a UK company). When it worked though it was incredible and I only ever got amazing effects from 1g! Anything more made me very wired.

What I take each day to aid my mental health:

FO 4g
Uridine UMP 600mg (twice a day)
NAC 1200mg (600mg dosed twice a day)
Provigil 25mg PRN
Indium Sulphate 1 drop each morning
L Methyl Folate 3.2mg
D3 1,000iu
K2 45mcg

Reishi taken twice a day (1tsp)
Melatonin 1mg (PRN _ used to assist sleep if Provigil has been taken).

I've joined the gym (dam this is a good gym) and I have started writing a diary of my thoughts day to day. Today has been a shit day. I've written two sides of a4 exploring my woes but do you know what? I feel better just for doing it. It's true what they say when they speak of the advantages of keeping a diary. It kind of makes things click into place, even if it's all a bunch of shite.

So despite being on vacation and having all the time in the world here to enjoy myself my mood disorder ends up running the show. But as I said, with this time off I've had the time to go through stuff and it is good to keep track of all my thoughts. I also log what I eat/drink and what activities/jobs I might need to do that day. And even if I don't do it I can write down why and... yeah... It does make me feel better.

You have made a common mistake which is forgivable because manufactures tend to lie about this, (this would been much worse if you had been a vegetarian), read below:

Spirulina supplements contain predominantly pseudovitamin B12, which is biologically inactive in humans.[9] Companies which grow and market spirulina have claimed it to be a significant source of B12 on the basis of alternative, unpublished assays, although their claims are not accepted by independent scientific organizations. The American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of Canada in their position paper on vegetarian diets state that spirulina cannot be counted on as a reliable source of active vitamin B12.[10] The medical literature similarly advises that spirulina is unsuitable as a source of B12.[9][11]

You're probably right there, but I haven't had the time to look into it. I don't currently take spirulina.
