Anyone out there know of a standalone, RDAish B12 supplement available in the USA or Canada? The closest thing I've been able to find is Solgar Vitamin B12 100 µg, which is still >20x the DRI.

you could go with one of the liquid formulations (iherb has a couple) and either dilute them to get the quantity you want in a convenient volume, or if you have the equipment, (eppendorf pipette or small syringe) dispense a small volume.
