I just woke up with a bad throat ache, which almost always is a sign that I am about to get a cold/flue. My intuitive action is to skip my daily stack today (Piracetam, CDP-choline, Sulbutiamine, PS, Bacopa & Alcar), and let my brain rest to focus on getting rid of the sickness.

Should I lay off all supplements or will any of them actually help my body with getting rid or even preventing of the cold/flue?

I had a cold last week. Piracetam didn't help in any way. Home-made chicken soup did, though.

I'm actually starting to think that piracetam could midly influence your immune system in a bad way.
Taking some zinc picolinate or optizinc seems to be good to ameliorate this.

That is not impossible, I got sick without even being around anyone who was sick, and this was just a few days after I started taking nootropics. All though, I would not only blame the nootropics. Instead I would argue that an increase of brain activity uses more of my energy for powering my brain instead of fighting deseases. Also, because of sulbutiamine I don't need to sleep as much, which I haven't done the last days, which is obviously bad for the immune system.

Are you recommending to take one of the zincs daily?

Exactly this, using more brain power + sleeping less and feeling OK = getting sick easier, without anyone who infected me.

I take zinc picolinate 50mg every other day. You could also take something like 15mg/30mg every day. 50mg every day seems to increase testosterone levels slightly, and I figured I didn't want to run around more horny/agressively.

Stay on the supplements go off the drugs and the natural drugs like herbs. I noticed when Im sick my body wants to eat smaller meals spaced out throughout the day so do that as well which is optimal for the human body.
