been reading a lot on both over the last couple of days and see a lot of contradictions. Should I go for resveratrol or longevinex? longevinex fans claim higher doses are bad for you, resveratrol fans say it's the other way around. Pretty hard to decide which road I should take

450mg or more a day that is supported by the clinical data discussed in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences which highlights the many functions of resveratrol (Volume 1215, Resveratrol and Health - pages 131-137).
when it comes to the dosage fight...that leaves Longevinex with a blackeye and begging for mercy in my book...
