I've felt great benefits from Pramiracetam, initially anyway.

But yeah, perhaps the benefits will be more noticeable with less amount.

I'll give the break another a week, me thinks. :)

Nice reports, health_nutty (and everyone else). My success with piracetam has become someone intermittent, so I'll probably try either this or oxiracetam as a replacement sometime soon.

@health_nutty: have you tried this without piracetam, at all?

I have not tried Pram without Piracetam. I consider Pira to be like multivitamin noot. I'm beginning to think it's best *not* to feel anything from my noots. If I'm feeling something, I'm probably overdoing it (or taking something that I will develop a tolerance to). I got excited because I really felt a strong reaction to Pram. In hindsight, this wasn't necessary or even desirable. It is really hard to objectively quantify what effects a nootropic really has.

Yeah, this is actually a good approach, depending on where you're coming from. I'm usually going for a strong effect (though not necessarily a strong subjective feeling), to improve my terrible attention span/motivation, help me retain info better, etc. I imagine that if I wasn't starting in a hole, piracetam would be even less obvious for me. Do you mean that you're not looking for a stronger subjective feeling like caffeine might give you, or that you don't mind if you don't notice any improvements at all?

Using more 'acute' nootropics like the racetams in a 'support' role is interesting. Pretty uncommon, but they certainly have mechanisms which do things like enhance LTP, so it can be justifiable even if you don't think it's improving anything perceptibly.

I know this is a bit old but i didnt want too start a new log ......... Took my first doses of pramiracetam today .... Started with a 50 mg dose then took another hundred about two hours after , (should be noted that i dont plan too exceed 150 mg a day and already take aniracetam and noopept 750mg x 2 daily and 30mg x 2 daily respectively ) .......

What I have noticed immediately is a synergy with the aniracetam that longterm should allow me too drop aniracetam doses too 500mg x 2 daily by synergy I specifically noticed the color saturation effect too be far more deep with aniracetam and music seemed just as intricate but I didnt seem too get lost so easily within inner rhythms singular notes etc ...........

Overall Im gonna say pramiracetam is a definite keeper the level of focus I am feeling is far beyond that of noopept or aniracetam (combined or solo ) I will order a months worth for June and see where this goes ....i have enough now too last the rest of may and will keep you all posted on the quantities effects

I should note I mixed the pramiracetam into gelcaps with two drops cinnamyl oil and took 600 mg sulbutiamine this morning as well ......(off topic but im dropping sulbutiamine after various trials and dosages im better off with thiamine mono ....other then the fact that sulbutiamine increases Ach levels in the hippocampus I cant see any beneficial effects from it personally....extremely off topic but ......)
