I finally want to build that Tissue Engenering Forum, and now iam searching for a big(4-5+GB), free webspace which will allow me to run phpnuke without these maximal-update restrictions on SQL.
It should be on a free webspace for some time, and been migrated when i have enough money and confidence that it will be used and is worth all the money and effort, at the moment i only want to pay for the domain.
Does anyone know a good, free webspace provider for this project
