Although in some ways a miracle product that made me look younger and luminous, Green Magma also gave me fibromyalgia-like symptoms and other ill effects. I had to stop taking it. Green Magma is just barley-grass juice which has been dried, powdered and sometimes put into a pill form. It contains SOD or (SOD precursors?), chlorophyll and other things that barley grass juice does and is raw, although dried and powdered. I had no problem with KAL brand SOD pills and other brands of SOD pills but they did not have as much power as the natural sources. I don't recall a problem with the BioTech products which contained SOD or SOD precursors. I know my own body and have much experience taking different supplements and foods so I can sort these things out now. I also acted as the head of support group for people with allergies, chemical sensitivities, fibromyalgia and related illnesses for ten years. I know what is likely to disagree with people. I made my own supplements and have been consuming supplements for thirty years. I have what constitutes a small herbal pharmacy in my home, and am actually carrying a mobile version of it on my person right now, although I am in a public place.
My understanding is that my body didn't break down some of the non-SOD ingredients very well and thus came the problems. People digest and process the same thing differently, so what is healthy for one person is not healthy for another. Raw herbs/botanicals may particularly disagree with people who have a propensity to have fibromyalgia-like symptoms, which is what I prefer to call what I have. I don't have that illness if I stay away from certain things.
After thirty years of study and experience many things are known with certainty.
There is an element of trial and error no matter how much research you do. Individual differences are part of that. If you have access to a Whole Foods you can try anything they sell risk free because of their liberal return policy. They sell Green Magma where I live, and I think they sell SOD? I didn't see BioTech Cell Guard. You would probably have to order that over the internet if it is available. Personally I found Green Magma and BioTech Cell Guard to be more powerful as anti-oxidants, detoxifiers, anti-inflammatories, beautifiers, etc. than the SOD pills which felt pretty inert. If you do find Cell Guard it will start to lose it's power over time so try to get the freshest ones, like from the back of the shelf, if at a store.
