I am really in a pinch at work and have ADHD. I am wondering what the best supplements are for focus?
I already have Piractem. Any assistance is appreciated.

Have you tried CDP Choline?

Other options are methyl donors (choline sources, TMG, methyl-folate, methyl-B12, etc.) along with NAC will increase energy and motivation, NMDA antagonists (Huperzine A, zinc, magnesium, Cat's Claw) will relieve hyperactivity, and COMT inhibitors (catechins found in tea, polyphenols in various plants) will increase drive and stamina. Consider a protein and vegetable diet. DL-Phenylalanine to wake up and feel alive. Some have success with ephedrine (now available as Sida Cordifolia extract) for a few hours of focus, though there may be a crash. Schizandra berries are quite stimulating and may increase focus.

Caffeine is a hypocrite, raising cAMP in the PFC... http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/17101879

Take something GABAergic at night (I take Gotu Kola, though Valerian root is widely popular), along with magnesium. Restless leg syndrome is unfortunately common in ADHD and may increase frustration during the day from lack of correct sleep.
