Can anyone think of natural stimulants or something similar which might help with combined adhd? Extra emphasis on the H for me. I really want to take days off dexamphetamine due to tolerance and general inconsistency with it. Generic dex is the only option in my country so medication wise I have tried everything available and can't think of anything that would come close to helping. Not being medicated is not an option but I would like to be able to take a day off with out having to suffer the consequences.

Have tried too many things to list some help in conjunction with my meds a tiny bit, most are not noticable, some things I can't be sure about. I have tried cycling it with an old script of concerta lying around but I dont like concerta, i don't feel like it helps with the tolerance issues and it seems to lower my immune system quite a bit when taken inconstantly. My stack is inconsistent but generally;

zinc 30-60mg (ish)
magnesium200mg(not sure)
lysine 1g
tyrosine (1-2g)
oxiracetam 800-1600mg (just run out)
aniracetam-1800mg
taurine (run out)
carnitine 1g
selenium rda
vit d 2*rda
b vits combo (when i remember)
iodine rda
ginko 60mg
ginseng rda
multivit abc once daily (when remember)
omega 3 oil (about 3* rda) when remember
protein shake with most aminos (if remember)
centrophenoxine (took 500mg made a lot of my hair shed so I stopped and let it go back to normal then tried lower dose (100-200mg) seems ok for now) I noticed this quite a lot as it seemed to help with hyperactivity and impulsivity also helped with problems waking early but only at higher dose, not sure yet with lower dose as only been a couple days and i have been taking melatonin for sleep lately.

tried lately
PS (made me ill so couldn't take the cold)
soya lec (made me ill so couldn't take the cold)
bacopa (gave me stomach problems)
rhodila (interacted with meds crazy anxiety).

Sorry in advance about my spelling i've rushed this one off a bit. I have been reading around and so many in here seem to know a lot about these things so advice is very much appreciated!

I've found that the Flush brought on by the flushing kind of Niacin (b-3) really wakes my brain up and helps me to concentrate.

You are mixing a lot of things that are going to strain your adrenal glands. There are lots of interactions that one couldn't guess so easily. Personally these things are uncomfortable to me.

For ADHD I'd definitely recommend 2-3x daily doses of 4.8g piracetam with 3x rda fish oil (every day) and 20 days of 10ml cerebrolysin injections. I'm not sure how available these are to you, but my ADHD has been switched into a strange mode since then. I have a harder time not focusing on things. I get lost in activities to the point where I can't hear anything around me. It feels like I'm constantly in a trance hyperfocus.

Don't take a multivitamin if you're already taking magnesium, zinc, selenium, etc. Stop taking centrophenoxine.

Thanks for the reply. Could you please elaborate on the interactions and why you think centrophoxine is not good? I had not heard of cerebrolsylin I will look it up...
