Help with noobie

Ive been reading the newbie 10 months research condensed post, and it recommends the following:
Piracetam CDPCholine Either sulbutiamine or pyritinol Picamilon Aniracetam Lion's Mane Fish Oil PhosphatidylSerine Bacopa

Also i came across Mental power Rx which some recommends upping the doses:
Acetyl-L-carnitine - 30 mg
Carnosine - 10 mg
Choline - 30 mg
DMAE - 30 mg
Trimethylglycine (TMG) - 30 mg
Tyrosine - 30 mg
Vinpocetine - 1 mg

Methylcobalamin - 30 mcg
Pantothenic acid - 30 mg

Will it be better if i take caffeine (coffee or tea)?

Im a total newbie at this, can some1 put a rough estimate of what dosage i should be getting for these items? I'll also add a calcium supplement, how much of this as well? Anything im missing? Anything else to add/delete? Thanks

If possible dose ranges for all chemicals listed (Piractem to bacopa, then acety-l to pantothenic acid). Also creatine, any idea whats the dose on this stuff? Im 5'7, 63 kg, 25. Ie im reading that piractem is 4g daily? Im reading most of the stuff here is non-toxic, so is it safe to assume that i wont develop some psychological problem with these compounds at the right doses?

hey thanks. Those side effects aren't too great, will i get used to them? How likely will i get those side effects? How necessary is tyrosine? I got a choline source, 2 hard-boiled eggs per day, will extra choline be bad or good?

Gonna change piracetem with aniracetam (750 mg daily?), seems like a better noot. Might take it with alpha brain if its good. Then with multi-vitamins, tea, fish oil,creatine. Gonna drop most of the others (not even sure of most of them), then see how it goes, hows that?

unfortunately, couldnt get piracetem with my stack due to money constrains, ill see how it goes without it, then with it if i get the cash, another potential good racetem to look into: piramiracetem. Ordered my stack a few days ago, may take ~3 weeks from 3/3/2012 to arrive

Unfortunately i live too far from US. If im lucky, ill get some more cash and get that pirac as well. Potentiator on amp, meaning? I dont have any kidney problems. I was reading ani more potent than pirac as meaning stronger than pirac, so that was my reasoning why i chose it over pirac, is this right? Then ive been reading on adaptogens, gonna try some Rhodiola by this week or more, then others that are good ill post. Was hoping it would remove my brain fog i get after studying which clearly makes my memory level poorer (maybe rest is an option for this, but was hoping to study straight without tiring down if thats possible for like 4 hrs), do you know of any optimal substance that removes brain fog?

About kidney problems, taking all the following supplements, will it cause my kidneys to "overload", causing problems (pain, stones, etc)? Current stack:

Acetyl-L-carnitine 500 mg, creatine 5 mg, blackmore's multivitamins + minerals (gonna change this soon), Acetyl-L-carnitine 500 mg, lecithin 1200 mg, choline 420 mg, fish oils 1.2 g, Rhodiola capsules 340 mg

All those on top daily. While those soon to arrive and take at: aniracetam 1.5 g per day (with 300 mg choline each), piracetam 4.8 per day, alpha brain at recommended labels dose

Just a little update. Ani came yesterday, not alpha brain yet, you can really feel the ani kicking in (800 mg 1 dose). Not sure about memory improvements(from ani) just day 2, weird tingling sensation in forehead yesterday which is definitely due to the ani, also noticeable increase in focus and subjective clarity feeling. Besides that the creatine, alcar, lecthin, rhodiola combo is working great for me. Noticeable improvement in lumosity memory games (not due to training), more relaxed and calm, confirming many studies already done on these supplements.
