I prefer a LCHF diet but am troubled by this study. Is this something to be concerned about?

Don't have a lot of time to check, but I think this is the same study as discussed in this blog post: http://wholehealthso...ain-damage.html

If so, you shouldn't worry about your LCHF diet, at least not due to this study. Basically what it comes down to is that "High Fat" is the term they use for "Fattening"; they use the diet because they know it's fattening, and it happens to contain a large amount of fat. The fat percentage is probably not the reason why its fattening, as there are high fat diets that are not fattening and low fat diets that are.
