Pa

nax ginsengnac
Minocycline
Fish oil
Hydergine
Ritaline ER 20mg
Diazepam
Baclofen (for g addiction)

The last 2 months; i havent had any delusion at all; or bad decission making; no psychotic breaks; i feel very normal; im able to work 8 hours a day wich i could never do before; im very rational in my decission making; my cognition appears to be of the same level as others but i cant say this for sure; also for the first time ever i could agree with ppl saying a job is good as it keeps you busy and otherwise youd be extremely bored; i got off the net when im with my girl and enjoy the social interaction wich also makes me feel better.

Lmethylfolate works as well as benzo's for rit anxiety so ill replace diazepam with that.

As a shizophrenic i have no idea what being normal actually is like; so perhaps there are more improvements to come; it would be interesting but im happy with my current results.

Also my regime changes a bit when i try something new and if i find it really effective i try to clean out the least effective things of my stack to keep it minimal. Id like to make it more minimal then it currently is tough

Ill add preg again soon.

Sorry to hear that you are schizo friend :(

Is taking ritalin and hydergine a good idea? I thought dopamine was implicated in your disorder and you'd want reduced levels. Have you tried antipsychotics?

I read that niacin and high dose B vitamins may be of use. I also read that SAMe and methylation is good as levels are low in schizos.

AP's are horrid and not needed to fix shizo; in shizo there's excessive tonic da and hypoactive phasic da; gabaergics lower the tonic levels while stims increase the phasic release fixing negatives; read this:
http://www.shire.com...hirenews?id=477

Shire Reports Positive Results from Signal Finding Study of Investigative Use of Vyvanse® (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate) Capsules (CII) as Adjunctive Treatment in Predominant Negative Symptom Schizophrenia

same is weak; lmethylfolate is very effective for shizo.

Risperdal was the worst period of my life; they kill your soul

Shizo is glutamate hypoactivity

Interesting. Do you think folic acid works as well in combating anxiety? Seeing as 50% of the population metabolizes it into l-methylfolate, it might be a more economical (though more crude) alternative.
The niacin therapy is very experimental, like the minocycline, imo. Three grams daily for years?
Also, why methylene blue for minocycline side effects? That doesn't make sense to me.

What out of your stack is most essential? Or would you say it's pure luck that you've been stable the last 2 months? I don't see how this stack would be very effective for schizo. Are you saying your stack really corrects your imbalances?
