Wow, I'm a complete nooby and I've been reading about nootropics for the last 4 hours or so. However, one question I still have, how exactly do I take these things? I've noticed you can buy in pill or powder form, personally, I would want to go with powder form but don't want to have to worry about capping them. So do you stir it in water, take it with milk, someone please explain. I understand this is an incredibly nooby question. Thank you.

U put the powder in anything. Like water, Gatorade, OJ, juice, etc..
it tastes horrible. Imagine chewing a pain killer like asprin but worse. Juice helps.
I believe its recommended by studies to take 4.8 grams a day (1.6 grams 3 times a day ( due to half life of priracetam) = 4.8).
U shud take it with choline (lecithin, cdp, gpc)
Powder is cheaper but tastes bad. 1.6 grams looks kinda like a teaspoon or 2. Just swallow it quickly.

I put 6g in 300ml of water. Tastes a tad nasty, but it only lasts 10 seconds or so. There's much more horrid tasting things out there.
