hi
i am already on ritalin, and my doctor prescribed me propranolol + Prazepam to avoid panic attack during interviews.
is it ok? do i need the 3?
i also take a lot of nootropics, could they be negative interactions with some of them?

Propranolol should do the trick by itself. I don't know why the doc gave you multiple anti-anxiety drugs. If one propranolol doesn't work, try taking one and a half or even two. It will make you feel tired, but so will prazepam.

On the subject of prazepam, it's not well suited to treating panic attacks. It takes too long to begin working, and it will stay in your system for days after the interview is over. If you really need a benzo, lorazepam would do the trick. But you don't need a benzo because you have propranolol.
