I have been taking 300mg GPC and 3 Vimmortal (225 mg of choline bitartrate) almost every day with varying dosages of piracetam/oxiracetam. I also take nordic naturals fish oil at the recommended daily dosage every day. With this combination, I haven't really noticed choline deficiency.

I want to add ALCAR to this stack or replace GPC with ALCAR. How much ALCAR should I take to replace what is listed above? Can I add centrophenoxine to this?

Thanks!

From what i know, ALCAR mechanism of action is to give his acetyl group to form acetylcholine ( http://www.springerl...t44707471163u1/) ; personally, i will keep GPC, and replace bitartrate with alcar (after all you want to keep the better coline source, and alpha gpc is better than bitartrate). Common dosage of alcar alone varies from 1 to 3 grams. Togheter with alpha gpc you will be probabily fine with 1. But wait for more informed replyes, im a newbie here.

Regarding centro, it isn't really clear to me how it works. But if really it is another source of choline, to me it seems a bit redundant to add it. Your mileage may vary and you need to experiment to find your optimal dosages/combinations.
