I have been co-administering alpha-gpc with racetams for about 6 months at this point, never by itself. I have started trying replacing it with alcar +sporadic lecithin here and there with piracetams.

On the days that I take adderall, to avoid overstimulation I don't take alpha-gpc at all. After a few adderall and alcar/ala only days (+ fish oil like always) it got to the point where I could barely make a coherent thought

Tonight I took piracetam +alpha-gpc and feel much better, able to read my coursework and even laugh. what does this mean?

Potentially nothing. Need more data points to be able to draw a conclusion. I can not imagine AGPC being addictive/dependence-inducing based on what I know of its pharmacodynamics.
