ok symptoms include lack of sleep racing thoughts confusion extreme aggitation a just dont give a F*ck attitude going back and forth between going a mile a min and not wanting to do sh*t at all and before yall ask no i do not have suicidal thoughs but i do have a theirs no way id kill myself when theirs much stupider people i could take with me to make the world better attitude no i dont plan on it. got more symptomsc cant remember most ATM am currently on blood pressure meds and over the last 2 months have been on citalopram ambion buprofion lunesta trazadone (metoprolol and HCTZ for blood pressure) today was changed to venlafaxine and so far every thing they have given me has made me worse in 1 way or another espescially the wellbutrion witch was making me violent short tempered and extremly confused. if you want more details ask SRY some meds may not be spelled right. i would also like to ask is it normal to not be monitoring a person while changing meds on them like this and while perscribing these types of meds.

I don't have a good guess at what's messing with you, sorry. I do know that sleep deprivation can cause and will exacerbate most of those symptoms; do you suffer from confusion, sudden agitation and flashes of anxiety/lethargy even when you've had a couple of hours' sleep?

I do know that yes, it's common practice to prescribe meds like these to outpatients who have only doctors'/psychiatrists' appointments every few weeks or so and perhaps a phone number for emergencies though which to provide feedback. This isn't always enough, but monitoring everybody starting new meds by default would be very expensive and time consuming. I think in your specific case however, inpatient status might be advisable during future medication changes. Talk to your doctor and/or psychiatrist about this.

My guess is:

citalopram ambion buprofion lunesta trazadone

.....

Almost all perscription drugs cause other side effects which they say you can fix with even more perscriptions... At this point I honestly couldn't give any advice. If you had came here asking for advice BEFORE you got on a bunch of perscriptions, I would have been able to point you in the right direction. The only real way I could give effective advice in this scenario is if you stopped taking everything you are on and then explain what you are experiencing, only then would I be able to point you in a viable healthy direction.... but I do NOT advise that. Once a lot of people get on these perscription med chains.... more and more becomes wrong with them and it's just a downhill slope until they quit cold turkey and simply cope with the side effects and find natural ways to heal themselves....(eating healthy, exercising, etc).
