hi

i found out that small dose of propranolol is a great way to compensate increased heart rate from stimulants. It just calm your body (heart rate, tension, breath) without altering mental abilities. actually your mind gets clearer.
it's also a way to avoid being physically tired (from fast heart rate for a long time)

Which stimulants have you been using this with? Also what dose?

I recently acquired some to test out with anxiety induced by a variety of compounds after having some success with magnesium but preferring to abstain from benzos.

Ritalin sublingual when needed (2-3mg)
propranolol

Rhodiola
l tyrosine + dl phenylalamine

Piracetam
oxiracetam
aniracetam
d-serine
phosphatidylserine
alpha gpc

l glutamine
l theanine

CQ 10, SOD (250mg), solgar antioxidants
omega 3-6-9
Chorelle, spiruline, klama

before bed
melatonine (fast et LP)
magnésium
l theanine
bacopa
taurine

i also use caffeine sometimes if i lack sleep and weed with a vaporizer when i want to be in "fun mode"

I've read many times it's a bad idea to combine stimulants with betablockers.

4-fa is the cleanest stimulant I've tried, yes I realize it's an "internet chemical", but it's about infinitely cleaner feeling on the body and mind than ritalin. Just putting that out there and I don't suggest any amphetamines for long term use.
