I take this in the AM. I take powders and put them together. Here is the list!
2.5g BCAA (Extend Brand -- used to also dull horrific flavor)
1g Piracetam
.3g Choline
5g Maca
5g Creatine Monohydrate
5g Fish Oil (2.5g DHA, 500milligram EPA)
5000iu D3 Gelcap
B-Complex
I also drink coffee with 1tblspn butter and 1tspn MCT oil blended in. It's delicious and a great way to start my day. I eat this for breakfast.
All these effects are very subtle but when I quit these supplements I notice a general change in mood (negative change) and less intellectual sharpness. Key changes would be retentional memory, ability to speak coherently without pause, and overall generally "feeling smarter".

Diet is just as important if not more so.
I eat a high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate diet. I eat paleo style.
I drink a green smoothie everyday with cucumber, carrots, kale, spinach, chard, and berries. It's delicious and an hour later I "feel like god".
I also drink a fat shake which includes: 4 raw egg yolks from omega-3 eggs, 1 tblspn organic cultured butter, 1 tspn MCT oil, 2tbpsn almond butter, berries, 24g whey protein, 16g collagen protein, and 1 tspn of 100% unsweetened cocoa
I find that higher a higher fat diet with no inflammatory foods keeps me very sharp as well.

Finally I will add that being SOCIAL everyday and SLEEPING WELL everyday keeps me very sharp. I think that, while nootropic stacks are great, having a very strong nutrition, exercise, sleep, and social plan is more important. I don't think people should try nootropics before totally dialing these other parts.
In terms of hypertension, I have essential hypertension diagnosed by my doctors. Nothing in my blood, in my body (anatomical), or in my genetic history to cause this.
I find that 20 minutes of meditation everyday has lowered it by 10 points on each side. Now I'm around 135/85 on average.
Please provide suggestions, ideas, and feedback.
This is my first post! This forum is cool!
Thanks!
