Good source for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)?

After having some blood work done, it turns out my testosterone levels are in the low 300's (sometimes below 300), just enough that the doc won't prescribe hcg or anything else for it, to my frustration.

Does anyone have a good source to recommend for this? Or would someone recommend a good anti-Estrogen/progesterone med?

If you have the symptoms of low T, just go find another Endocrinologist...

I'm not sure about America but HCG is a controlled substance in Australia. PM me if you want a source.
