I'm aware of NootraBioLabs, Hard Rhino (based in China apparently, which has concerned some people about the quality of their products), Cerebral Health, and SNS (who appears not to sell pira anymore). Is Hard Rhino's quality inferior? Thanks!

You may want to try going on Amazon.com and doing a quick search. A lot of amazon retailers have capsules if you don't have or don't want to buy a scale. You may even be able to get free shipping. I have used "Brain and Body supplements"on Amazon several times and received good quality products, but they are not the cheapest retailer.

I've used Hard Rhino, Nutraplanet, and Cognitive Nutrition's bulk's piracetam and they all worked well.

NootraBiolabs looks like a cerebral health offshoot but never heard of or ordered from them. Their about us is abit much.

I have used sunnootropic.com and they are also a Chinese outfit. They have good product pricing but their shipping is pretty horrendous, so I tend to buy in large bulk. I know a few other people have used them and I haven't seen anyone say that they have felt ripped off buy them and neither have I. I have used Hard Rhino in the past via Amazon.com and have had similar experience with their product, but they were out of piracetam for a while and I started looking for other sources.

If you want to order bulk powders I would go with SNS, however personally I lack the time and character (I've tried masking all sorts of Nootropics, and the only true remedy I found was black coffee, but honestly I can't be bothered to make/drink 2-3 cups of black coffee a day) to capsule my own powders and thus order through Smart Drugs for Thought. Smart Drugs for Thought has gotten some pretty decent reviews on eBay and Amazon, and they ship extremely fast, I've even had them ship out of the US to family members and they were pleased with the amount of time it took for the products to reach them.

I don't know if it's the best place or not, but I placed an order with New Star Nootropics. I had an issue with the credit card I was using, and the customer service was very positive and helpful with this, especially considering it was after 10 pm for them. Can anyone attest to the quality of Pramiracetam and Noopept from this vender? Is this something I should have much concern about? I'm fairly new to nootropics.

I would suggest checking out Hard Rhino. I really liked their piracetam (though have not purchased it from them recently). They ship quickly and offer free shipping on orders over $50.  Seemed like a reputable company from all the reviews I read. Hope this is helpful.
