Hi everyone, i've tried piracetam/choline mix for 1.5 months, not a responder (since stopping, kinda feel like there's a bit of brain fog).
Decided that I want to use natural ingredients that are easily available, and continue using for number of years (like multi vit)

I'm not looking for terribly high increases in mental function, just mod. Hence thinking about non-pharmo drugs.

Having researched various substances, have come up with this list (no particular order):

- L-theanine
- Caffiene
- L-tyrosine
- Ginkgo
- Bacopa (aka. brahmi)
- Phosphatidylserine
- Acetyl-L-Carnitine
- 5-HTP
- Ginseng
- Phosphatidylserine
- Lion mane
- Oat straw
- Fish oil
- Ashwagandha
- lechtin
- tulsi
- rhodiola
- gotu kola
- Eleuthero

I'm not going to buy all of these (lol). Hence wondering if any of you guys use natural stacks, and which one's in list above are particularly syngeristic (i.e. l-theanine/caffiene).
Also want to know which to avoid together.
If i've missed any natural noots from above, please let me know :D

I'm also very intersted in safe long-term otc stacks (mostly for focus, vigilance and memory)

I'm currently on

100-200 mg's of caffeine
240 mg of Ginko
250 mg Choline Bitartrate
250 mg Inositol
500 mg ALCAR (every other day)
B-100 complex from NOW (every other day, alternating with the ALCAR)

I take all of this in the moring, and do well on it for quite a while now.

Recently started play around with l-theanine... might add this to my regular stack

A word of caution concerning your list: I'm not sure how well explored the "really" long-term effects of some of the herbs you are listing are... Even though some of these are used for centuries in some cultures doesnt mean we know for sure they are safe.

From my preliminary conclusions some of these should be coupled, like you said, Theanine+Caffeine, Ginkgo + Ginseng + Gotu Kola, L-tyrosine + Artichoke + Forskolin and ALCAR + ALA + Choline + DHA + Uridine ( Couldn't ALCAR just as well be coupled with Choline? i.e., if you have Choline do you really need ALA to couple it with ALCAR for best absorption etc?)

I am not sure whether you consider racetam-choline-sulbuitamine combos pharmacological since you did not include them on your list.

Probably not 'natural' but you should really consider adding some Racetams to the mix....
