Hey everyone. New to the forums here. I've been lurking for a little while and have read quite a bit.
I just wanted to see what your thoughts/recommendations were for me.
I'm looking to have a stack to increase motivation(decrease mental fatigue) , boost intelligence, and memory. I am fairly health conscious and worry about using some of the noots
you guys are into. I am wanting I can really take long term that will cause no ill effects.

This is my stack so far:
1600mg Piracetam x 2 a day
250 x 2 Citocoline
1 multivitamin morning
5000 UI Vitamin D morning
500mg of ALCAR Morning
1 cup coffee in the morning

Should I mix in Ginseng?
I tried Pramiracetam and really liked it, but really worried about taking something like that long term. (I read the post on the NO damage. Scared me)
Absolutely didn't like Aniracetam.
Have some oxiracetam on the way. I'll probably wait before I take this to see how the Piracetam affects me. This is day 1 of the stack listed.
Thanks for your time and hope you can point me in a safe direction.

It's good you are taking citicholine (CDP Choline) with your stack as this will provide some brain fuel, though why not add a little more cheap choline as well?

One thing to keep in mind when you are raising your performance levels is that with greater activity more demands are levied on whatever you are using more, so one multivitamin a day will realistically only save you from deficencies and not enhance performance. I would recommend you eat a diet high in marine protein, grass-fed cattle, raw fruits, vegetables with some limited whole grains as well as a comprehensive multi.

As for the NO damage concerns while using pramiracetam I would advise you and everyone taking nootropics to additionally use hydergine because it's one of the strongest neuroprotectives in existence and it also safely boosts the beneficial effects of whatever other nootropics you are using as well, in my experience. Increase the dosage slowly to avoid nausea until you reach 10.5mg a day is the optimal dose for an average / large male.

For further info on this remarkable medication google "hydergine + cat experiment"
