If your gonna choose a racetam, I would suggest pramiracetam. It's fat soluble (so it can get through the brain easily) and it has the longest half-life out of all the racetams. I would think that anything good for short-term memory would benefit someone with adhd. I've heard that huperzine is good for that, although I've tried huperzine and found it was of nothing significant. I really like pterostilbene, a long lasting, fat-soluble derivative of resveratrol. Studies show it increases short-term memory, and I've had really good days with pterostilbene (in terms of concentration). Cheers.

By the way, despite what you may have heard, stimulants makes concentrating harder. I'm a devout biochemist and huge nootropic hobbyist. I'm creating my own stack, to which I think I will add pterostilbene.

You can check it out here: http://www.longecity...ootropic-stack/

you should caution about combine huperzine and caffeine if too much dose it give you really bad effect by tend to over stimulation of acetylcholine receptor .

Mechanism by acetylcholinesterase inhibitors or something more that not mix so well .

Pterostilbene is fat-soluble, but I feel like it has a stronger effect when I take it on an empty stomach. Pramiracetam is proven to be fat-soluble. Being more effective on an empty stomach does not mean it's not fat-soluble. There are many other factors besides solubility.

I´ve recently got some conserta IR 36mg (methylphenidate) that i buy VERY cheap from a friend..
Ive got ADHD-i - so do you guys know anything that would enhance the effect of the conserta?
Any racetam - prameracetam or piracetam - i´ve heard that piracetam enhances the NE effect of methylphenidate..? Is it that way with prameracetam too?
L-Tyrosine, DLPA, Magnesium for tolerance?.. DMAE, rosea rhodiola, It it true that collegnics enhanses tolerance of conserta?
pterostilbene, huperzine a
