SWIM found a bottle of RLA *from bio-enhanced Na-r-ala*. Is this the same thing as R-ALA like everyone is talking about being so good and bioavailable? Or does SWIM need to find specifically R-ALA not in the form RLA? Please help. Swim is doing this for a piracetam, choline, ALCAR, ALA stack.

Thank you.

1) "SWIM" is dumb as hell and useless when you're talking about illegal drugs. Doubly so when you're talking about LEGAL ones.

2) RLA and R-ALA both mean the same thing. Na- or K- just indicates whether it's a sodium or potassium salt of R(A)LA - there's a very slight potency difference because potassium is heavier than sodium, but that's it.
