I'm trying to increase the elasticity in my skin, and from what I hear, DHT blockers will help that. I'm interested in taking saw palmetto because I've heard it's not as intense as other DHT blockers because it is a natural supplement. However, I also hear that it can decrease estrogen levels? Is this true? I haven't been able to find many sources. Thanks so much.
