Hey guys been a lurker for too long, so decided to make an account and give back to the community. What I have here is all of the supplements, noot tropics and other substances that I use on either a daily, bi weekly or monthly basis. I hope you guys learn something, give me advice for tweaking it and generally offer feedback on what I think has unraveled into madness...
My regimen is broken up into different segments, because I have numerous goals for my supplementation to address.
These are:
1. Surgery recovery (septum reconstruction, UCL reconstruction #1, and #2, along with hamstring graft harvested, and broken finger. All in a 3 year time span. Currently 3 weeks out from "Tommy John" #2 (UCL Recon.)
2. ADD/Social Anxiety help- I have undiagnosed ADD along with SA that I have suffered with for years but have made great breakthroughs recently becoming more extroverted.
3. Physical Health/Cosmetic- I competed in Body building competitions as a teen. Double elbow reconstructions have limited my time in the gym. However Hypertrophy and general physical appearance along with cosmetic looks are important to me.
4. Long Term Brain Health/ protection- I am interested in sharpening my memory, cognition and learning curve. I have and continue to be.. a substance user. I consider infrequent large dosing of Adderall to be drug abuse, along with semi- to occasional cocaine use and habitual daily marijuana use along with bi-monthly drinking to all have a detrimental effect on my brain. I hope that Nootropics neuro protective effects can mediate some of the damage done, and prevent further damage.
5. Sexual Health- Some pro hormone and steroid usage caused some unwanted sexual side effects. My natural testosterone production has restarted. I had prolactin issues along with minor gyno and estrogen side effects. But everything has been reversed. I do get into some hanky-panky, and as I've noticed, the better I perform, the more girls come back for a repeat performance...
So now that the 5 pillars of my regimen have been highlighted, I can delve into the substances I have and use.
First I will start off with what I take daily, and then break down the ancillaries I have that I take on a “as needed” basis or just semi regularly.
Daily
Wake up 8AM -Drink 8oz of water with 50mg Doxycycline
Breakfast 8:30AM-
-1 cup coffee
-1 cup of grapefruit juice
-1 bowl of Greek yogurt, blue berries, granola
-2g Fish Oil
-400iu vitamin E
-400mg Niacin no flush
-300mg St. John’s Wort
-200mg Co Q-10
-500mg Calcium
-500mg Lysine
-Prostanew (prostate support product for DHT levels)
-500mg Resveratrol Gold
-100mg B-2
-1000mg Vitamin C
-1000iu Vitamin D-3
I also have the Animal Pak multivitamin but it is too much when taking the above vitamins. So when I want to cycle off the above regimen, I switch to the 11 pill Animal Pak formula for a while
9:30 En route to school –time to dose brain function stack

-1g Aniracetam
-750mg Centrophenoxine
-1,000mg Lion’s Mane
-5mg generic Adderal depending on if it is going to be a tough of easy day
6:00PM- Super shake
I have a really terrible tasting shake that I make generally before or after dinner that has a lot of great stuff in it…
-30grams of ON Hydrolyzed whey protein
-1tbsp of Cissus Quadrangulis
-1 scoop Orange Oxi Mega on USP labs
-1 scoop of de natured Collagen peptide
-5grams D aspartic Acid
-5grams creatine mono hydrate
BEFORE BED-
-ZMA (zinc, magnesium and… M?)
-Retin-A
-Hyularonic Acid

Lastly, I have some peptides I have on hand for increasing GH Release and surgery recovery
-TB-500 6mg/wk
-CJC-1295/no DAC 100mcg 3x/day (haven’t started 3month cycle yet)
-Ipamorelin 3x/day (haven’t started 3month cycle yet)
Lastly, I try to take 2g’s of fish oil with every meal along with 500mcg of Chromium Pico.
I know this seems like a lot, and to be honest it really is. It is a full time job taking all of this, and I am trying to develop better productivity habits and source more powerful synergy combinations so I can cut back on the volume of supplementation.
