I want to start CRON but I don't know what my weight should be until it stabilizes. Rather then going by pure weight alone I think it's better to go on appearances then weight. What should am ideal CRON male body look like? At what point is CRON going too far?

Can someone show me examples of what an ideal CRON body would look like?

For what it's worth...

I use an OMRON scale to track my fat% and muscle%. It might not be perfect but it's pretty darned good.

I'm 43 years old and I lift weights 5 days per week. I run a landscaping company so I'm generally active and I eat almost no processed food. I don't consume dairy but I do eat meat, eggs and especially fish. Each day I eat 2 large piles of raw vegetables to stay full. This helps a ton.

My bodyfat hovers between 12% and 13%. My muscle mass is usually just north of 42%.

I don't look like a P.O.W. and compared to the average office worker I've got a respectable amount of muscle.

My base calories are 1800 per day on days I don't lift weights or work extensively in the field. On days that I have a lot of physical work to do I increase my calories accordingly.

I know CR works because my blood pressure went from 135/80 to 106/72 the last time I was checked. It definitely does something.
