I've ben lurking here and on reddit for sometime looking for people who have similar needs who have developed stacks that fit for then. I wanted a stack that was stimulatory.

A tiny bit of background, I have extreme attention/concentration issues which I believe are related to anxiety and depression. I have a constant fatigue, but I think that is related to the depression. I have an affinty to stimulates, so I' ve been dosing myself with caffeine and nicotine for quite sometime (helps battle fatigue and concentration at the same time).

I have also lived the life of a drug addict with an affinity for opiates.

I want a stack that helps battle fatigue, and assist with mental clarity.

I first ordred phenylpiracetam, bromantan, and adrafinil from awakebrain.com. The order arrived promptly, and I tried the adrafinal, first. It did exactly what out was supposed to, buy I felt little "gakked out." Next up was the bromantan. This feels a lot like ativan, but hd stimulatory effects. I was much more interested in convrrsation that work.

Then I tried the phenylpiracetam. This was amazing. There was no high. I just felt...good. Like I could function, I experienced no fatigue th through day, ands had little to no anxiety. I felt...normal. I wanted this all of the time, until I read that tolerance develops quickly.

And this brings me too my current, stack that I recently ordered:

phenylpiracetam every other day

oxiracetam everyday

Centrophenoxine everyday

An eggo or two for choline

Adrafinal when needed.

What do you think? What, and when should I start adding other supplements? has anybody experimented with this or similar stacks?

I'd recommend treating the depressive disorder, if in deed you do have one, over nootropic supplementation. By all means do that AFTER you aren't depressed.

Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?

Have you had any blood tests? If so were they normal?
have you ever had any other psychiatric problems from schizophrenia to ADHD, or any that you suspect you may of had (excluding the depression)
Do you have a heavy feeling in your head and/or limbs?
Can you list all the psychiatric medications/supplements you have tried in the past? giving an idea of how effective you found each would be helpful if you can remember.
Has there been any significant traumatic events in your life, ranging from rape, to war to childhood abuse? I understand if you don't want to answer the question and I certainly don't expect you to tell me what happened if something did - unless you are comfortable with that.
has a partner or anyone ever complain of excessive movement or snoring while you were asleep?
Have you put on/lost lots of weight recently? Have food cravings - if so what for?
Are you/have you been experiencing hallucinations or seeing/hearing things that aren't there or that nobody else thinks are there?
Have you been told you have any weird beliefs that nobody else seems to agree with?
Would you describe your sleep has any (can be more than one) of the following; hard to get to sleep, broken sleep, early awakening, excessive sleeping (10+ hours a day), napping during the day despite 8-10 hours a day asleep?
how many hours a day do you sleep roughtly?
what drugs have you abused and for how long, are you still and how did/do you have a withdrawal syndrome if you stop them?
have you ever had any psychotherapies? how did they work? what where they for? what type where they?

hey?

That is long list of questions. I am on a mobile, so I won't be able to be that thorough.

I recently had a physical for life insurance, urine and blood test. The verdict: healthy as an ox.

Sleep 7 to 8 hours, unless one of my children wakes up, or I decide to sneak some video games in and stay up real late.

No snoring or excessive movement during. I sleep pretty heavy, but dog barking, garbage truck, alarm will wake me.

Food cravings, pickled eggs are amazing, uhh... I like pickled foods. I dont understand this question. I don't crave any particular food like I crave say nicotine.

No terrible truama in my childhood or recently.

No I do not hear, see, or feel things that are not there. I do not hear voices in my head (other than my own, when thinking reading, or typing out responses (I'm using swype and it's kind of cool how that internal voice will sound out the word as my finger moves to the consanats and vowels)

No heavy feeling in limbs. I donth even know what that means, like when your leg falls sleep from sitting on the crapper for too long?

Drugs: alcohol, tabacco, marijuana, cocaine, meth, opiates from painkillers to heroin, mushrooms, lsd, salvia, dmt. Ive never done pcp or ketamine, and dontt plan on it.

Ive mostly been on SSRIs. They kill the anxiety and depression to a point where it affects me adversly.depression and anxiety have their purpose. If your about to lose your job, you should be anxious, if somebody you lover dies, you should be depresses. I become an emotional slug.

Okay, so I can mostly treat my depression anxiety by dieting and exercise. However, when I get to work I have trouble concentrating on work. I barely get my projects done and I stress. Not bei ng able to function makes me depressed, I start hating my job, only to realize that it isn't my job of hate, but my inability to focus, which stresses me out, which makes me anxious, then depressed. the stress carries I've to family life...unless I go on a jog. Then I feel great, but then I'm back to work the next day, unable to focus, and the cycle continues.

After I took the phynelpiracetam, I actually had a decent work day, I got some shit done, and had less issues with focusing. I did suffer a pretty stupid headache at the end of they day., buy I guys your supposed to take choline (any idea if pickled eggs still have choline in them after dosing in vinager?)

I have stoped taking the adrafinal, but it helps me focus and maintain my stamina. it causes me irratibility and stomach pain, so it ain't the best.

Now, I just swyped that on a phone, so phrase take the time to respond and let me know if I have you any insight. Thanks.

Either answer all of them as best you can or these ones:

Have you had any blood tests? If so were they normal?
have you ever had any other psychiatric problems from schizophrenia to ADHD, or any that you suspect you may of had (excluding the depression)
Do you have a heavy feeling in your head and/or limbs?
has a partner or anyone ever complain of excessive movement or snoring while you were asleep?
Have you put on/lost lots of weight ? Have food cravings - if so what for? loss of appetite?
do you have a low mood or are you tearful a lot (or wanting to cry but being unable to)?
Have you had any thoughts of hurting yourself or committing suicide?
Would you describe your sleep has any (can be more than one) of the following; hard to get to sleep, broken sleep, early awakening, excessive sleeping (10+ hours a day), napping during the day despite 8-10 hours a day asleep?
how many hours a day do you sleep roughly?

Oh yeah, I've always suspected ADHD, but physicians and the two therapist that I've ben to have always dismissed this, saying my social anxiety causes the attention issues, and the depression causes the fatigue.
