Supplement hype: C60 vs. resveratrol?

If C60 had placebo effect on me, it went way and above any placebo that resveratrol may of had. Even as a skeptic, I did have a very clear, measurable response to both muscle endurance and heart rate under load with C60 that I have a hard time attributing to placebo.

People that are fitness enthusiets trend towards being very in touch with their physical capabilities and limitations. Generally speaking, mental state can and does allow you to break personal bests or to get that extra rep in past what you normally do. I have had some results that surpassed what I could possibly attribute to that.
As an example, I did 4 sets of squats with a static weight for three exercise periods prior to beginning C60 to establish a baseline.
Before sessions:
#1: 8/8/6/5
#2: 8/8/6/5
#3: 8/8/8/6
After C60 Session: 8/8/8/12
I doubled my 4th set rep count at the same weight. As you can see, it was the next session after one where I had just broken through a barrier.... umm yeah.

I'm certain that short term it does no harm and fairly sure that long term it will benefit. What tipped me over the edge was http://c60antiaging....old-health-spa/ It seems plausible to me.
If this stuff does work then the elites will try to keep it out of our hands.

I wonder what happened to the bottle that went to North Korea.

I'd have to wonder how the C60 becomes available from shungite though. Unless there are oils in the shungite stones or oils from our skin in the bath water that make it bioavailable, it's kind of hard to believe considering the efforts we go through to get it into oil. But who knows, maybe it will be found that boiling water with a a few mg of C60 and some oil or another makes a great base for tea. Or perhaps they made teas from shungite water which contained oils with a natural affinity for C60. Interesting stuff to think about...

hehe no the bottle ended up here, it must have been noticed by EMS that Gangnam SK was much more likely to be the destination. We are safe from NK discovering C60 for a while more.
owndoc.com refunded it as soon as it looked like it was going to the wrong place, this shows that they are a company that looks to the long term puting customer satisfation above making $40, good stuff.
I would say that with the shungite trace elements of the stuff are enough for people to have noticed health effects over thousands of years using these baths.http://i-eloai.blogs...gite-water.html
