Hi guys.

What I found out after stop taking piracetam( ran out of it ) , sulbutiamine and noopept( pretty funky experiances ) and strictly taking only omega 3, Ginko Billoba ( 2x600mg pill /day) and B complex ( 2x 450mg /day) I feel much calmer and more mental clarity than I had whilst taking nootropics.
I dont feel smarter, but Ican concentrate better on tasks and mental fog decerese.
Reasons for stopping with noopept( 7 days , 30mg / day - 1pill ) was that I was really sleepy all day and coudlnt get enough of sleep even if I slept for 13h/day and unusually hard to express myself . So maybe what I feel now is not due to b complex and ginko, but just my default brain condition before I started to take nootropics.

Plan now is to continue with ginko and b complex and multi vit for 5 more days and add 5mg of noopept to see what will happen..

Your opinon about this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

ginko seems to be a reversible mao inhibitor and improves bloodflow in the brain, and b vitamins are involved in catecholamine + serotonin production.

So basically the effect should come from more neurotransmitters and improved bloodflow throughout the brain.

I also stopped noopept - again - since its effects are very short lived for me. I might do another trial at 5mg/day, but for now noopept is more for short term application, not chronic one for me...

Funny couse its only thing that has worked on me so far.
I am 30 years old, and neither piracetam, sulbutiamine nor nooppt gave me positive resluts.

I currently take Ginko with a B complex regularly but I am only take 120mg/day of Ginko would there be a benefit to increasing the dosage? I only ask because you said you are taking 600mg twice a day?

I think I know what you mean Sinn.Piracetam helps me be more social. However,it makes me unable to concentrate on and finish a task.It takes me longer to do things nowadays with Piracetam, than without it.But I still think the trade-off is worth it.
