How does this look for a study stack and overall health? Is it advisable to slowly add on more and more of these nootropics so I can gauge their effects and side effects?

Supplements
Noopept. 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg at noon.
CDP-Choline 200 mg/day.
Mucuna pruriens = 400 mg/day
Sulbutiamine = 200 mg/day.
5-HTP = 200 mg/day
Uridine monophosphate = 200 mg/day sublingually. (Uridine stack)
Acetyl L-Carnitine = 2000 mg /day.
Alpha lipoic acid = 200 mg /day.

Vitamin K2: 100 mcg twice weekly. Sometimes only once every week.
Vitamin D3: 2500 IU/62, 5 mcg. Daily
Magnesium Gluconate = 300 mg.
Zinc Picolinate = 15 mg.
Vitamin B6 = 11 mg.
Melatonin = 3 mg. Taken sublingually.
~3.5 grams of combined DHA and EPA.
10,5 grams of lecithin.

Phosphatidylinositol: 1.470 mg
– including inositol: 282 mg
Phosphatidylcholin: 2.415 mg

Yes. Always. Even if your goal is synergy, it is always best to add only one at a time. You will understand how your supplements affect you better like this, and it will help you to fine-tune your consumption.

Also, at a glance, your stack looks like it is very choline-heavy and memory-enhancing. I would be on the lookout for changes in focus/concentration.

Also, l-dopa isn't really the best thing for dopamine. An MAOI(selegiline) or DRI(ritalin) would probably be better and safer.

I don't know if you are aware of this, but sulbutiamine is more heavy on choline and NMDA than it is on dopamine, so it is best not to treat it as a dopaminergic.

I'll wait 14 days inbetween adding supplements. I.e. 17-07-2013 to 31-07-2013. I'm adding noopept the 31st of this month if I don't experience side effects from taking CDP-choline.

Also, at a glance, your stack looks like it is very choline-heavy and memory-enhancing. I would be on the lookout for changes in focus/concentration.

What are the dangers of increased choline expression? Brain cancer, seizues, depression, anxiety heart attacks? TMAO excluded.

MAOI inhibitors and DRIs are prescription drugs and doctors aren't very likely to prescribe it for off-label uses, most doctors are old school here. I've only ever been prescribed propranolol off-label for exam anxiety.

I don't know if you are aware of this, but sulbutiamine is more heavy on choline and NMDA than it is on dopamine, so it is best not to treat it as a dopaminergic.

I wasn't aware of that. Guess I'll have to research it some more.

Thank you for the information.

The stack now looks like this:

• Somewhat experienced. I know what the effects are superficially.

• Less than five days experience.

• New addition.

CDP-Choline 1000 mg/day.
Uridine monophosphate = 200 mg/day sublingually. (Uridine stack)
Acetyl L-Carnitine = 1000 mg /day.
Alpha lipoic acid = 200 mg/day.

A weak multivitamin with herbs and berries.
Vitamin K2: 100 mcg twice weekly. Sometimes only once every week.
Vitamin D3: 2500 IU/62, 5 mcg. Daily
Magnesium Gluconate = 300 mg.
Zinc Picolinate = 15 mg.
Vitamin B6 = 11 mg.
Melatonin = 1 mg. Taken sublingually.
~3.5 grams of combined DHA and EPA.
10,5 grams of lecithin.

Phosphatidylinositol: 1.470 mg

Phosphatidylcholin: 2.415 mg
– including choline: 343 mg
30 grams of Brewer's yeast in the morning.
Vitamin C USP = 1000 mg.

For me, it's depression, fatigue, lethargy, social withdrawal.
