Sleep.
Plenty of folks have poor diet, willingly or unwillingly, and plenty don't exercise.
But all: rich, poor, healthy, ill, young or old ... must sleep.

For brain health? I'd say sleep is the most noticeable when lacking, but all are important.

I don't think it's very useful to discuss which is most important, as all three are vital foundations.
