<p>I&#39;m tapering off benzos (replaced Klonopin with Diazepam and then reduced dosage), but clearly didn&#39;t taper slowly enough. As a result, I&#39;ve started having muscle aches and flu-like symptoms, including fatigue and a low mood. I wondered if something like d-phenylalanine would help with the pain and fatigue. Or possibly sceletium.</p>

<p>I made the mistake of starting to use 5-HTP and other supplements (amino acids) that I&#39;ve read on this forum aren&#39;t a good idea. So I may have made things worse for myself than they would have been anyway. Any advice would be appreciated.</p>
