Just got my Modafinil yesterday and going to begin experimenting with it for the first time tomorrow.
I also use Deprenyl regularly.

Here is the question-

Modafinil apparently increases extracellular and synaptic dopamine by inhibiting a transport
protein called DAT. Presumably this means that there will be less dopamine inside the neuron
cell itself.

Deprenyl inhibits the oxidization of dopamine (MAO B inhibitor) so you end up with more dopamine
inside the neuron (I think).

When taken together, how would this work? And what are the experiential consequences for dopamine
being in or outside of the neuron?

Anyone?
