My Vital Whey concentrate has arrived yesterday, and I could finally properly test it.....
Unfortunately, the powder Does indeed look very instantized and forms the THiCKEST semi-permanent FOAM that i have EVER encounter in ANY Protein powder I have used in the past !...
even with addition of absolutely minimal water (barely none) and barely any mixing, it goes straight right to FOAM !!!..........*(RED FLAG - TONNS of an Emulsifier present !)
and Powder does not clamp at all, it dissolves instantly as it touches water.......and Boom all Foam, barely any liquid at all on the bottom, this is by far the most Extreme of reactions on the farthest side of emulsifier scale......
We have tested and researched All kinds of protein isolate and concentrate powders for over 10 years now, and this is one of a kind physical reaction in its own category
I even compared it side by side with a True un-instantized, no emulsifier organic concentrate(ironically from the same country, NZ) and the difference is Vast
Before ordering a large amount, i have contacted "Wisdom Proteins" directly and someone named "Larry Sisco" with a title of "General Manager" has personally assured me that there is no Lecithin or any other emulsifier in it...Well, those bastards !!!
He either had no real clue what he was talking about, or straight out lied and mislead me......
I am trying to clear this up with them as we speak before sending a sample for proper lab-testing
We all need a crash-course and how to determine whether a powder has any emulsifier in it or not here

I should write a Guide up and post it, it is very obvious once you know what to look for and how it feels, and if you are taking a powder with a bunch of lecithin in it every day, then you are basically spending time on Earth in a semi-zombie state
I do know of a real Organic Whey Concentrate (All year-round grass-fed, no hormones) now that is sincerely as pure and un-denatured as it gets though
(PM me if you need to find out what it is)
