I'm addressing most specifically people who have memory demanding jobs/requirements such as students or people in critical thinking jobs.... or anyone else who has noted an improvement.

I've read some people benefit from Choline supplementation, others barely notice a difference. I've recently started school again from a 3 year break of no-school... and tomorrow I am going to start taking Choline(Bitartarte) in 1-2g doses to see if there is any significant improvement in my memory, thoughts, etc. I had taken this earlier in the year, and didn't feel much of a difference, if anything it made me feeling a little low on energy and possibly slow... though this was during a period where I wasn't really doing anything intellectually challenging. I am anticipating the results could be different taking it during a time when my memory is constantly being challenged.

What is your experience? Have you benefited from Choline Supplementation at all?

So I took 2g of C-Bitartrate this morning, and I definitely felt it, but not in any enjoyable way. I felt generally less mentally energized, although no physical lethargy. My attention had worsened, my ability to understand what I tried to read was far reduced, my creativity was reduced, etc. Nothing good that I noticed. I am going to take about 300mg tomorrow and see what happens. 2g was most likely too much.

Try Alpha GPC 600mg and/or PS 100-300mg or some Triacetyluridine 50mg
