Hello everyone, im currently in the process of removing all estrogenic supplements/herbs/foods in my diet. Recently got blood work and to my surprise my E2 levels were high and my test was reasonably low. Now im a natural bodybuilder so this is the exact opposite of what i was hoping to hear. I have a few questions about certian herbs and their correlation with estrogen/aromatase inhibitation.

Some of the herbs ive been researching are

Bacopa monnieri
Ginkgo bilboa
Gotu kola
Bitter melon extract
Grape seed extract
Siberian ginseng

Is anybody aware of the effects on estrogen associated with these herbs? Ive heard mixed things about all of them. Some say they are aromatase inhibitors, others say the opposite. Im just looking for a clear answer on this. Also any recommendations on supps/herbs for estrogen dominance? Just ordered some I3C and calcim d-glucarate

You can have plastic chemicals poisoning, look for effect of BPA and several other things like phtalates.

I reccomend you to supplement with
minerals:
magnesium(increases free testosterone)
boron(Hormone normaliser), you can also take borax, but search for dosage
iodine(Hormone normaliser, thyroid support), in high dosages can detox platic chemicals, but you must take supporting minerals and vitamins, search for iodine detoxification guide
Selenium (increases antioxidant levels, thyroid support)

herbal:
Ashwagandha

I may be wrong but don't think plant estrogens or synthetics would show up as a high E2 test, which tests for the E2 molecule, not the other stuff, correct?
