Hi,

I'm currently on

Precribed:
10mg Concerta once daily with 5mg Ritalin SOS in the evenings

Supplements i take:

Magnesium threonate - 250mg -500mg daily
L-tyrosine 500mg daily
Selegiline 1mg s/l daily
125 mg CDP CHoline
Bacopa 500-1000mg
Planning to take Pramiracetam

Now im at the stage when i need Concerta to get me out of bed in the morning and its kind of scaring me.

I was wondering if the other supplements esp L-tyrosine and Mag have any potential adverse interactions with methylphenidate.

(I know selegiline has - hence i skip the dose somedays, and never take more than 1mg ever)

Could you please advise/critique?

Thanks
