Hello everyone,

I am developing 4 trial stacks to be done tested on a small group of people. The goal is to develop a formula to increase reaction time, mood, focus, energy and motivation for people who work on computers often... like tech entrepreneurs or someone wanting to have a better video gaming experience. This requires nootropics, but I am also considering physical energy improving ingredients as well.

Since you all have personal experiences, I'd like to hear what stacks you would think could fit this. I currently have one stack that is working fairly well, but I would like to hear your thoughts on it, and also see some alternatives.

The only big consideration here is that I am staying away from racetams and illegal ingredients for this. Racetams have very bad effects on a select number of people and while the immediate effects are awesome, the long term effects of racetams personally have slowed my thinking and mental acuity... which has taken years to reverse. I don't want to repeat that ordeal again.

Currenty after a few rounds of testing, the most effective stack looks like this:

800mg Sulbutiamine ( Key ingredient, helps with mood, mental energy, and can sometimes raise libido)
250 Picamilon ( can't put my finger on this... but something is working with this in the stack)
250 L-Theanine (calms and works well with caffeine)
1g Choline CDP (I aways stack Choline pretty high)
20mg Vinpocetine (reaction time, reduces blood pressure in the head from the sulbut)
X amount of Caffeine (depending on day & goals)

Thoughts and Alternatives Please!

Doesn't 800 mg of sulbutiamine seem a little high? Recommend dose is not to exceed 200-600 mg of this stuff daily. I take 400 mg daily in two seperate doses

How long were you on a racetam for, and which one was it? Also are you sure you got it from a good source, it could of been contaminated with something.

It is what I would call a "megadose"... but I only get the power high feeling, energy, and libido increase at 600-800mg. 400 and below I feel close to nothing.

It was Aniracetam and I got it from the bulletproofexec.com shop, upgraded self. I understand brain fog happens and you need to calibrate the dose to be not to small and not too large... otherwise brain fog can occur, but my situation is much more than brainfog... it was a lasting effect.

Any other thoughts guys? Pyritinol and Vinpocetine seem to be the only ones with remotely decent evidence for reaction time.

Drugs/Nootropics did my brain worse and for gaming, studying etc. Only thing that did the opposite and helped were Natural nutrients like b vitamins, choline, l tyrosine etc
