I am a lot better today, and 20mg diazepam has really helped.
I remembered why I stopped taking Bacopa in the first place - it was giving me GI distress, just earlier there was blood in my stool, so I guess I'm throwing this out. Is there anything I can take to help any damage caused by the bacopa heal faster? Would ibuprofen help? I don't want to develop Chron's or something like that.

I couldn't sleep AT ALL last night. I had no more Mirtazapine until today, it must have been that which was allowing me to sleep. I was tossing and turning in bed for about 4 hours, and I kept getting sweaty just lying there.

For GI issues try some Greek yogurt. The probiotics should help our stomach recover. Ibuprofen could actually make it worse.

Hey man I'm all good except for sleep disruptions. Given I wasn't a good sleeper before this, it's nothing new. Good luck!

Slowly tapering off is a good idea. This thread should serve as a warning for anyone thinking of abusing phenibut (this guy didn't sleep for 6 nights in a row.)
Use zolpidem when you can't sleep (though, only use it for sleep, not to get a good feeling.)
Phenibut is a good tool for one off situations (no more than once a week.) You would have to be an idiot to do it regularly with all the warnings on the internet. Morons like you will get this excellent tool banned.

I just wanted to note that pregabalin got me off of a large daily dose of phenibut no problem. Cold turkey too. No withdrawal whatsoever. Sleep fine. Feel fine a week off. I will be happy to update if things change.
