Anxiety From Supplement Caps?

Hi all,
While I have not changed my regimen of supplements, I have recently upped the doses for a couple products. As a result I have had severe bouts of extreme physical anxiety.
Just wondering, is there something in softgels or capsules that is known to cause anxiety?

No, if there was nobody would use them. It has to do with your dosage or life in general.
