Hi!
What do you think about using c60 before/after surgery for heart arrhythmia (cauterizing).
Could c60 help with healing post-op and hjelp minimize damage if taken pre-op? Does it have any effect on clotting?

I'd skip the c60 until after you are healed. In fact, I'd skip most anti-inflammatories, except those that you may need to control pain. There was a paper posted here some time ago that looked at the effect of NSAIDs on recovery from tendon injury in rats, and the tendons that healed under the influence of NSAIDs were not as strong. I don't know to what extent this generalizes to all tissues or all anti-infammatories, but given the option I'd not use c60 here.
FWIW, I'm a c60 user and recently had a minor operation. I survived... I don't have anything to compare it to, so I don't know if I would have healed better or worse without the c60.
I hope the operation goes well.
ps: If customs gives you any trouble with c60-oo, you could buy pure c60 and mix it with olive oil yourself. A lot of people here do that- there's a thread about it.
