Many people on this forum have been taking Mr. Happy's Uridine/DHA/Choline stack, and with very impressive and consistent results. From what I understand, part of why that stack works is because it "stabilizes" dopaminergic transmission.
Here's what I'm wondering - could we possibly develop a stack that stabilizes other neurotransmission such as with serotonin, acetylcholine, GABA, etc? This would have great benefits for those with depression, anxiety, poor memory, etc. The way this could work is by acting via modulation, which is how uridine works for dopamine receptors. However, there's definitely complexity involved - such as localization of receptors with serotonin.
Simply put, we need to achieve sweet, sweet balance. Love to see some input, as I'm not aware of what sort of substances would work.
Note:
I got the idea from my poor reaction to the CILTEP stack, which seems to up levels of dopamine and norepinephrine but completely throw off acetylcholine and serotonin balance.
