I saw on the news this evening that medical professionals were able to earn continuing ed credits for editing wikipedia articles. However, wikipedia can be edited by anyone. So what about having a wiki here on LC that would be able to offer cont' ed credits for work on articles. We'd gain alot of outreach to medical professionals and have a top notch encyclopedia that we could even start autolinking forum posts to. Editing would be restricted to med pros. As medical pros are already creating these articles, we could start by letting them upload their articles here as well. The wiki software is free and open source.
Does anyone know how we would get this started?
