I've been a vegan for the past 6 months and have been following Dr Michael Greger of nutrionfacts dot org's advice on everything diet related. I do have a stack of supplements that I currently take, but am looking for ways to reduce reliance on supplements.
Was wondering what you guys think about the Nooptropics Im on, I like Noopept but I'm a bit worried that its a research compound. Im looking for a tested supplier who I can trust for nootropics, since these do cross the brain blood barrier after all. I'm thinking of going with MindNutrition and switching to pramracetam instead of noopept.
