Is flaky stool a sign of poor digestion? Or is it an indicator of low fiber or simply the composition of the food?
I find that if I eat bread and/or dairy, my stool is flaky and a little watery. Is this a sign of indigestion?

Yeah poop should come out smoothly leave no mark behind or be painful. One way to test if your gut system is working properly is to not eat for a few days then have a big meal and wait for how long it takes to go trough your gut normally it should take 36 hours so if you get close to that then you are fine. Animals poop everyday so that should be the normal to poop once a day. If you poop multiple times then Im sure it isnt solid and it is unhealthy .

Yes you can try this https://www.vice.com...gluten-free-121
grind up your own poop and inject or if you are unhealthy get someone healthier. Dead skin excess, teeth cleanse etc wouldn't be necessarily if your health was optimal your body can take care of itself if given the right treatments. like eating excess sugar, you can eat it but in balance with natural is needed too.
